Have you ever told a student to take a deep breath, and then they start hyperventilating? Or they breathe in, but don’t breathe out?
Taking a deep breath is the first step to help kids and teens calm down when they’re anxious or overwhelmed. Our posters can help kids learn how to take a deep breath properly.
The posters are designed to help children slow down and breathe in and out to help them relax and calm down.
We use four shapes: a triangle, star, square and an 8 on it’s side, otherwise known as a lazy 8.
